When I click "Help", there is a beep and the screen does not open?

It sounds like you may have a pop-up blocker stopping the help window from popping up. In the case of a pop-up blocker, there are several ways of allowing the popup. The easiest, is to hold the CTRL button as you click the link (this tells the popup blocker to allow the popup) or depending on the internet browser you are using, you should be able to adjust the settings to allow popup from a particular site

I tried to print my profile and it did not print?

At the top the page there is a "Print" icon, click "Print" and then use your print function the same way that you would to print any document.

What happens when my 60 day trial period expires?

In the upper left hand side of your log on screen, the number of days left on your trial will be shown. Below this is Subscribe Now link, before your 60 days expires, please use this link to set up your account.

The "Take a Tour" is taking longer than 3 minutes to load?

You may have too many screens open and programs running. Try closing all screens and programs other than www.dementiaguide.ca and then try to "Take a Tour".

I tried to "Take a Tour" and nothing happened?

If your internet connection is dial up, the time for initiating a Flash tour maybe take several minutes longer than a high speed internet connection.

If you do not have software that supports the Flash tour; you will have to download free from the Internet, the software. A link will be provided for this site.
