Hallucinations | Stage

In Alzheimer's disease , hallucinations typically occur in the moderate to severe stages of the disease. If they occur earlier, they could be a sign of delirium. Hallucinations occur very early in the course of Dementia with Lewy Bodies and also in some types of vascular dementia.
